Hey Folks, were having our last social at the airport this Tuesday Night starting at 7AM. This will be our last get together until October so come on out and join in. There will be Tim Hortons coffee and Donuts for those so inclined. Your directors will be holding a meeting from 6 to 7 before our social with an update to follow for the members. Looks like a fairley good day on Sunday for our 9AM coffee and fun fly, come on out. There's a COPA meeting at the airport tomorrow at 9.30AM, all is welcome. Your Exec.

Hi Folks, and welcome to what we all hope is the start of some great flying weather. The grass has been cut today for the first time and were all ready to go. The Sunday morning get togethers that we had through the winter at the airport will now be moved to the field. Weather permitting that will start this Sunday at 9AM. There will be Tim Hortons coffee and muffins available at the field or bring your own. "Postie (George Rahn) has been in touch with the local Air Cadet squadron and there's a possibility they may drop in at our field on Monday, May 14th. at 6:30 PM to see some flying. We will keep you posted. Don't forget to mark June 16th. (rain date the 17th) for our FUN Fly at the field on your calendar. COPA is having their annual federal meeting at the Hanover Airport on the last weekend of June starting on Thursday, the 28th. They have asked for our help and to attend their organizational meeting at the airport on Saturday, May 5th.9:30 AM (all is welcome) to see what its all about. There's talk of a static display of our model aircraft. If you can help send us an e-mail so we can let the folks from COPA know on the 5th. See you at the field, Cheers, your Exec.

We held our first Directors Meeting on Jan.3rd. and one of our primary objectives for 2012 will be to upgrade our wings programme.
All active members from 2011 will have the opportunity (under the grandfather clause) to acquire their Class "A" MAAC Pilots Certificate by simply filling out the club supplied form.
Eric Wilston is our Chief Flying Instructor for this year and under his direction all 2012 members will be registered prior to the flying season.
New members will be entered into the programme.
